ARTWORK
Alnilam
DETAILS
“..Alnilam manifests as an interstellar goddess, an ethereal presence originating from unknown dimensions, whose gaze preserves its visual power intact, unchanged across the ages. At the center of the panel, her hieratic face appears like a relic: a metaphysical portrait, the imprint of an echo, the trace of a presence emerging from layers of oxidized metal and encrusted matter.
Around her, concentric arches and corroded metallic fragments form a sacred geometry, suspended between technology and myth, between machine and symbol—an almost mechanical aura.
The surface becomes a site of stratification: oxides, patinas, and encrustations create a material landscape in which geometric marks are not mere ornament, but fragments of a lost code.
Earthy tones, patinas, and material layering intensify the melancholic dimension of the work, inviting the viewer into an imaginal journey through lost worlds, forgotten traditions, and distant constellations..”
